Untouched Lower Suwannee National Wildlife Refuge |
|
| Peter R. Gerbert © 2009 This original design has been copyrighted by the artist and the image has been digimarked. Not for copy or web use unless permission is granted by the artist. “The Lower Suwannee National Wildlife Refuge is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Nothing compares to the vast openness of that part of Florida. The salt marshes and tidal creeks roll off to infinity, dotted with Sabal Palms and islands of Slash Pines. When standing there observing this, one senses that this part of Florida is of yet untouched. I hope it stays that way for a long time. Forever would be good. I plan on doing more works from that area.” Peter G |
