   “The first painting I do based on photographs acquired with the help of the bird feeders behind my new art studio. The detailed pictures that I'm getting with my Canon 100-400 lens are amazing; providing me with the meticulous, realistic detail that I love to work with. Some argue about the allowance of Lantana in Florida environments and they call it 'invasive.' I say: with it's blend of yellow, orange and red to reddish-blue blooms, it's the most beautiful flower I've ever scene. What's wrong with it being invasive?”    -Peter G
